Since I'm new here, I would like to request a small rundown on the Bishop system, since the CC overview was a bit vague. Thank you.

If you have Catholics in your realm, you can have a bishop. If you have a large number of Catholics, you can have an archbishop as the head of the Church in your realm.

Then, you can have a Cardinal in the College of Cardinals, which is basically a representative of your realm in the Papal State. You can RP through him. We count the decisions of the Papal State by the votes of the Cardinals.
