Crusading States Claims

[Varasd]

The Crusading States has ceased to exist, and several nations were involved in his civil war RP. Therefore, it would be reasonable to divide his lands between those who actually have an IC claim on it.

The realms were the following:

The Saintly Realms: 4 regions. Claimants:
- Strong claim of Prince Stephan, of Varasd, ICly Commander of the Order of St. George

Anarchy: 1 region. Claimants:
- Calabria. 1100 Jihadist attacking the area.

Jack's anarchy: 1 region. Claimants:
- None

Lord Steward: 1 region. Claimants:
-Weak claim of Prince Stephan, of Varasd, ICly Commander of the Order of St. George

Riga: 1 region. Claimants:
- Weak claim of Reuben, vassal of Prince Stephan, of Varasd, ICly a General of the Order of St. George

Visby: 1 region. Claimants:
- Juttlande, ICly occupied the island

Suzerains: 2 region. Claimants:
- Azaq, ICly asked Azaq for help

Estonia: 2 regions. Claimants:
- None

Aland: 3 regions. Claimants:
- None

I feel pretty confident that after aiding in pacifying the Anarchy areas, Reuben would have been gifted those regions by Prince Stephan as his loyal vassal, though the brothers would be greatly diminished (I had plans for a majority of them to die during the campaign). It's probably down to Reuben, Benjamin (later revealed to be a woman), Simeon and Dan.

i figure i cant claim more than one land, since there only 1100 jihadis and we never rp'ed anything. if i can claim more, cool, i'll change this. but for now here's the jihadi claim. They call it "Balajalid" which roughly translates to "Icy Homeland".

You might need to move one province north, as that is the main coastal province of Prince Stefan's strong claim.

I guess itd be fair if we said that the jihadists took 1 province from the peasant anarchists.

Reuben gets Riga meaning Stephan could only reconquer 2 regions at max with 1 going to Reuben

Since you didn't want to claim all your 8 provinces at the start, I'd say it'd be fair to give you Estonia. (otherwise it'd be free territory anyways)

I don't remember him converting - if you can cite where it happened, we can go along with that. According to the last post of Crusader, Jack had "~4,000 unskilled assorted men, ~1,000 defected National Guard". So if he did not convert, I would say that 1100 jihadists had a hard time defeating a force of 5000 men, even if only 1000 of them were trained.
However, taking over 1 region of anarchists, I'd say is possible.

Hahahaha, yeah, i was reaching. Jack may or may not have converted to islam. Since it was never rp'd i'll defer to good ol' geoffery rush when he said, "i dont know. it's a mystery."

Since nobody else posted in this, I'll update the map accordingly.

If anyone wants to claim later (Juttlande, Azaq, or anyone who thinks so, they can post it here, I'll leave the thread open for a while)
