I think we should add the titles of Sultanate and Caliphate for Islamic nations.

I think any Islamic player nation is welcome to do so.

We've got the Abbasid Caliphate in the Judean Prince rp, I would say the Fatimids exist in rp as well.

Azaq created a "Khanate" for himself too. If muslim players want to, they can use these titles.
